Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages

However, once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you navigate the claims process with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

- Looking in secure locations around your delivery address.
