Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have entered the processing phase. If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in the effectiveness of FUZZIEVERSE products and encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days. If after this period you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase.

Damaged Items

We take care to package our products securely to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a defective or broken item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@fuzzieverse.com with clear photos of the damage.

  • Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage unless the item itself is affected.
  • If eligible, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, FUZZIEVERSE is not responsible for shipping delays due to couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the quickest resolution.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the courier’s possession.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer mistake will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund.
